The TWS TacticalAnchor kit is a critical self-rescue device. The ability to quickly deploy your safety anchor might prevent drifting and enable more control of an emergency situation. Drifting into breaking waves, rocks or physical hazards can turn a disabled PWaC situation into a threat of fatality. Drifting into open water or not holding position can hinder a rescue operation.
The ready to fire anchor kit comes preloaded and ready to deploy in its own easy grab bag. Always secure your hatch rapidly before deploring anchor.
Equipped with marine grade stainless quick-connect safety carabiner that attaches directly to your bow eye, TWS Rescue Rope or TWS Extender rope without tying a knot.
A bright float prevents the rope from sinking if you accidentally drop the carabiner end. 50ft of anchor rope is prewound on an organizer spool to prevent tangled knots and fast pay out. Stainless steel chain connects to a 3.5lb non-corrosive folding grapple anchor loaded in the no-foul retrieval set up. Break away zip tie setup to free the anchor if it gets stuck. Additional cable ties included. The bag can serve as a sandbag anchor for calm settings.
Best when combined with the Ready-Fire Emergency Rescue Rope kit for fast attachment and compact stowing. Rapidly achieve up to 150 feet of line when used together with TWS Extender rope.
